s the church, we must not succumb to the culture’s pattern of rejecting children!!! We should avoid comments about children being “unwanted” or complaining in front of them of how they make our lives so difficult; rather, they should continually hear the truth—that they are a gift from God! A blessing! A great reward!
At Lakeside we value the blessing of children, and see them as the gifts that God intended them to be—gifts to be treasured, protected, equipped and then released into the culture as their generation becomes the next link in God’s covenantal chain of discipleship.
