Upcoming Events
June through August 2010

In order for a church body to grow in oneness, they must “be together.” Rather than a plethora of individualized programs, Lakeside prioritizes its Small Groups as the primary means of building community within our church family. In addition to our Small Groups, some “special events” have been planned for the upcoming months… These activities have been purposefully planned—not for the sake of “activity”—but as “vehicles” to orchestrate Lakeside’s vision of integrating all ages that one generation might “tell the next generation the praiseworthy deeds of the Lord.” They also provide opportunities to get to know some new folks and deepen existing relationships.

The Hall of Faith
A Summer Intergenerational Sunday School Class beginning June 6th at 9:30am

This summer ALL our Lakeside family will be meeting together in the auditorium during the Sunday School hour for an intergenerational study on the “Hall of Faith”. Each week we will study one of the biblical characters highlighted in Hebrews 11 who “walked by faith”. (Nursery facilities will be available for any parents who may, from time to time, need to step out with infants or young children. There will be no nursery workers during the 9:30 hour)
